Molex Philippines is looking for a Compliance Specialist. Your primary role is to liaise with LC team to ensure compliance with government requirements and deadlines. If you share our passion for creating value, if you are entrepreneurial and customer focused, we would like you to join our team.

Our Team

You will be a member of our cross functional and work closely with the local and Legal Compliance teams for tax related and government compliance requirements. Local team and GBS for AP/Payment, FA and General accounting transactions.

What You Will Do

· Liaise LC team on government related requirements.

· Support global team on tax audit and external audit requirements.

· Assist Global team in preparing/routing of documents for signature related to tax or other government requirements.

· Issuance of 2307 forms to suppliers.

· Assist in the asset disposal/scrapping requirements of BIR and assist revenue officer during the
