The position of SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER is responsible for overseeing and managing the construction of hospital facilities, including ensuring the required permits for the successful completion of hospital projects while adhering to strict regulations and meeting the unique needs of healthcare facilities.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Project planning by developing comprehensive project plans for hospital construction projects, including defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines and working with the Legal Department to make sure the completed required license is to start the construction process (i.e. AMDAL, etc.)
• Compliance and regulation by ensuring required resources and estimating costs, codes, safety standards, and other relevant guidelines specific to healthcare facilities.
• Stakeholder management by collaborating with the Director of Construction and Infrastructure Development of Aspen Medical, the Board of Management, hospital administration, procurement department... More Detail
