A Cabin Lodge in **Kintamani, Bali** is looking for a talented and enthusiastic **Cafe Staff (Full-time)**
• *Responsibilities**:

- Brew and serve coffee according to established recipes and standards
- Prepare simple food items for customers
- Perform cleaning tasks to maintain a hygienic and orderly cafe environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the customers’ experience
- Address customers’ concerns or complaints in a timely and courteous manner
- Replenish amenities to customers and maintain utmost cleanliness in the café
- Provide assistance and support in emergency situations
- Take food and beverages orders to the customers
• *Requirements**:

- Indonesian citizen
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven working experience as a Cafe Staff or in a similar role
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role would be a plus
