Hospital Pharmacy Manager

The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for ensuring the development and implementation of a strategy for the pharmacy department in line with Busamed Pharmacy Division’s strategic themes and that of the Hospital.

The incumbent will further manage all related pharmacy services and activities according to the policies, procedures, philosophy, and objectives of the Busamed Group.This will include (not limited to) the provision of medication and supplementary services to patients and other stakeholders. The Pharmacist will also assume responsibility for meeting patients’ needs in a responsible, satisfactory, and cost-effective manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Manage the pharmacy financials as well as understanding the financial fundamentals of the healthcare business.
