Hello :)
We are a small family and live on a farm in the north of Iceland, near the second largest city, Akureyri. It's about 10 to 15 minutes into town by car. It is possible to take a language course there. There are also many popular excursion destinations and tourist attractions nearby. Akureyri is a very beautiful city with many opportunities to pass the time and meet nice people.

- Job Description
It would be nice if there was experience with children that young (6 months old), but it's not a must if the chemistry is right (you can learn everything). We need care especially when I am working (part-time), when we are both busy in the stable (lambing season is in May) and as needed. Since the little one needs to learn German, we only consider German-speaking au pairs.

- Accommodation
Of course we have WiFi at home. The room the AuPair would live in is on the upper floor of our house. There is a toilet next door that the au pair can use. There is only one shower (and bathtub). More Detail
