Responsibilities

This HR Specialist is accountable for Recruitment (all levels of BO), Training and Development, Employee Relations, HR policies, HR data management and contribute to building company culture and engagement.

This position will be developed as HRBP in the future.

Responsibilities & Duties
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment process/ all aspects of the department's recruitment, and training programs, providing relevant HR support and talent assurance for the business units (focus Back office)
• Manage and organize all LD activities of company, as a member of internal trainer to deliver necessary training for worker if required.
• Coordinate with external & internal trainers to organize mandatory courses required by standards’ quality/ CSR/ Safety and other courses as annual training plan.
• Conduct exit interviews, collect data, and recommend solutions to HRM.
