a. To coordinate with HR Dept the issuance of leave, uniform, pay roll etc.
b. To key in daily reject for monitoring purpose.
c. To upkeep and update filling system for easy retrieve during audit.
d. To segregate all forms and related documents and to file them accordingly.
e. To prepare and ensure every form is available.
f. To send all documents and/or memos to the departments concerned.
g. To record workers’ attendance.
h. To prepare any memo for internal administrative purpose.
i. Other responsibilities as assigned by his superiors in his department.
