Main Purpose:

Responsible for managing the operation at the assigned Puma Energy terminal. Comply with the operations business plan and schedule. 100% commitment with the SAPS industrial safety program and Operations Excellence.

The Terminal Manager is responsible for leading a team and driving “best in class” operations performance to ensure an efficient, safe, cost effective and customer focused operations operation that complies with PUMA practice and standards.

• Maximises profitability, performance and operational targets to meet agreed financial and business objectives.
• Maintains strict quality and quantity controls on stocks and deliveries including losses/gains/re-grades and continually monitors the stock ownership position.
