The Editorial Lead serves to supervise and manage the Content team, reporting to the Head of Creative. This role monitors quality and creativity and ensures alignment to briefs and adherence to deadlines. The Editorial Lead should further foster cohesion, creative collaboration and respectful relationships within the Content team.

This is a client-facing role and due to the nature of the role, it will also be office-based.

Creative Output
• Drive the inventiveness, quality, relevance, and consistency of work the Content team generates.
• Collaborate with the Head of Creative and relevant departments to understand client strategies, business problems, briefs, and the message the client wants to deliver, and guide the Content team to deliver high-quality executions.
• Identify and present the Management Team and Executive Team with opportunities for increased content work to meet client needs to increase revenue.
