• Key Responsibilities:Implement and manage encryption protocols for data protection at rest and in transit.
• Utilize Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools and strategies to prevent unauthorized access or leakage of sensitive information.
• Secure databases, including access controls, encryption, and monitoring for suspicious activities.
• Implement data classification policies and technologies for labeling and protecting sensitive data.
• Manage access controls to ensure authorized individuals have appropriate data access.
• Understand and apply tokenization methods to replace sensitive data with non-sensitive equivalents.
• Implement techniques for data masking and redaction in non-production environments.
• Utilize SIEM tools for monitoring and responding to security events related to data.
