What You Will Do:

Responsible for BT&S (Building, Technology and Solutions) project control, routinely analyze, evaluate and forecast the project cost against the baseline cost schedule and assessing the impacts/opportunities. Partner with Project Operations stakeholders within BT&S, to assist project processes to track and close projects and optimize schedule.

How You Will Do It:

• Establish and maintain project WBS including revenue and billing

• Monitor and maintain contract reconciliation

• Establish and maintain project budgets, and overall cost control

• Prepare Estimate-At-Completion (EAC) and variance analysis [budget vs actual]

• Drive project profitability and other performance metrics

• Ensure timely and accurate project billings

• Track, reconcile and work to minimize project unbilled balances

• Prepare risk and opportunity assessments; develop and execute plan to mitigate risks

• Prepare ad hoc project reporting and analysis as required
