Technical Writer

As a Technical Writer, you have the opportunity to develop compelling self-help content that will help Alida customers, partners, and employees achieve their goals through our platforms and technologies. You will primarily be focusing on user-facing documentation and knowledge base articles, although you may contribute to strategic deliverables and internal enablement as required. You will be working with key internal stakeholders across the organization including Support, Professional Services, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product Management.

This is a fully onsite role on the overnight (EST) shift. The hours are intended to follow 9am-6pm Eastern Standard Time, and the the office is located at Ayala Triangle, Makati City.
