**Responsibilities**:

- To supervise, lead, motivate and train the production team.
- Required to manage the work schedule to ensure the production run smoothly.
- Maintain output for each section.
- Make a stock calculation of the goods ordered.
- Prepare a report for the Head of Department on daily tasks, problems encountered and provide ideas for solutions.
- Ensure employees maintain discipline at all times.
- Any other duties assigned by immediate superior or company's instruction from time to time.
