As the Startup Onboarding and Partnership Lead, you will take charge of identifying potential startups,

nurturing relationships with them, and facilitating their seamless onboarding into our Incubation Center.

Additionally, you will identify key stakeholders and forge strategic partnerships to enhance our

incubator's support network. Your efforts will be instrumental in creating a thriving entrepreneurial

ecosystem in Shivamogga. Please only apply if you are willing to work on-site in Shimoga; Kannada speaking/knowledge is a must.

Responsibilities:

1. Startup Onboarding:

-Conduct in-depth research to identify startups with high growth potential within

Shivamogga and neighboring regions.

-Engage with startups through various channels, such as networking events, pitch

competitions, online platforms, and referrals.
