As a Store Manager your day might look like this :
• Leading, supporting and coaching a team which may include, a deputy manager, customer advisors and store administrator
• Setting the team up to deliver exceptional service for our customers, whether in store, online or via phone
• Ensuring a seamless end to end service for our customers from enquiry to fitting
• Advising our customers on the best products for their project and making it easy for them to buy from us
