Job Opportunity: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Location: Accrington

Salary: £24,000

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: -
? Reception Duties – answering the door intercom.
? Ensuring the correct person knows that deliveries have been made and arranging for them to be stored correctly – and the reception area is kept clear.
? Answering the telephone, transferring calls and message taking.
? Assisting Office Team in filing, record keeping etc, using appropriate computer software.
? Photocopying including plan printing.
? Archiving including Contract Files.
? Scanning and archiving file returns from site and checking everything returned.
? Adding PPE requests to spreadsheet.
? Keeping the Hardware Equipment Log up to date.
? Keeping the contracts list up to date.

? Assisting the Accounts Team during busy periods & Holiday cover
? Printing all Supplier/Subcontractor Invoices.
? Filling digitally all invoices on Company folder.
