Role Description

This is a full-time Front Office Executive role which involves handling receptionist duties, customer service, and front office tasks. This is an on-site role located in Galle, Sri Lanka.

Qualifications
• Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and Front Office Management
• Demonstrable Customer Service experience
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Graduate or higher degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Experience in a high-end hospitality business is a plus
• Language proficiency in Sinhala and/or Tamil is a plus More Detail
