- Get paid in the currency of your choosing (USD, MXN, R$, COP...).**Requirements**:

- **C1 level of English or above.**
- 5+ years of experience building and scaling backend systems.
- 5+ years experience programming in Kotlin, Scala or Java (Kotlin preferred)
- Experience working with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud (Azure preferred)
- Experience working with Microsoft Xandr (not required but preferred).
- Experience leading projects which involve collaboration with peers and customers.
- Ability to write and debug production-quality backend code.
- Ability to design new systems and evaluate the trade-offs in time to market, scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- A desire to focus on customer needs and solve real world problems.
