Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter – US IT

Location: Techwish Office, Raidurg, Hyderabad

Timings: 6.00 PM to 3.00 AM IST (ET timings)

100% work from the office.

Required Qualifications:

● Should have 4 - 6 years of experience in IT Bench Sales and Business Development.

● Has a good network of clients and vendors to immediately contribute to the productivity of the team.

● Has good communication, writing, planning and organizing skills.

● Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to roll up the sleeves to do individual contribution work, along with the team.

● Has good knowledge of visa classification and tax terms (W2 / Corp to Corp / 1099).

● Has the ability to market technology consultants to direct clients, tier 1 vendor partners.

● Has good listening and persuasive skills and ability to overcome objections.
