Responsibilities
• Support plant to analyze root cause of part quality problem, identify, implement and verify long term.
• Follow up corrective action and verify the part Quality problem.
• Cooperate with customer and internal section in term of quality concern.
• Develop and implement methods, Criteria, document, Tooling and procedure (WI, Quality Plan and ETC) for QA inspector.
• Quality data analysis with presentation to management and concern section for improvement.
• Feedback or issue trouble report to concern section to take corrective action.
• To ensure the quality system meets or exceeds any customer, corporate, or internal requirements and any other related requirement within the Quality Systems.
• Supervisor and develop other subordinates and provide technical knowledge.
• Pre MRB verification and MRB technical information support

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering
• 1-4 years' of industry experience
