Bookkeeping and general accounting.
- Handle full sets of Accounts (AP, AR & GL)
- Debtor and creditor management including issuing customers’ invoices and

Monitoring payments to suppliers
- Preparing debtor’s and creditors’ aging reports.
- Prepare debtors’ SOA.
- Prepare timely monthly bank and creditors reconciliations.
- Manage account transactions, account checking, verification & follow-up.
- Performing clerical work and interoffice support including receiving and

processing mail.
- Ensure compliance with statutory bodies' deadlines and requirements for

financial reporting and tax filings.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as necessary.
- Handle ad hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned.
- Verifying claims.
- Ability to work independently with a positive attitude.
- Has knowledge in SQL Accounting Software.
