Job Description:
• Overseeing the day-to-day sales and business operation and development as to achieve sales target set and ensure smooth running of daily branch operation & administration.
• Responsible for agencies sales and manpower monitoring, resolve any dispute and conflicts of agent, act as an effective communication channel to the agents on latest company development & marketing strategies via agent announcement day/ meeting and gather important up-to-date market feedback from the agents/ customers and highlight to superior for an improvement or incorporation in business marketing strategies.
• Enhance good relationship and rapport between agents and company with branch.
• Monitor agent activities and performance from time to time but not limited to site duty, TPOM, night watch/ funeral procession duty and any other special agent projects.
• Constantly motivate agents to stimulate their sales activities, performance and productivity.
