Freelance Event Organizer

• Manage and monitor project progress, from outlining task, timelines, and implementation
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Work closely with event organizers and vendors to understand event objectives, target audience, and desired outcomes.
• Create and maintain detailed timelines for each phase of event planning and execution.
• Ensure all project milestones are met according to schedule.

Minimum Qualifications
• Min. 1-2 year years experience in event coordinator, or similar
• Proven track record of success in supporting event and project initiatives, preferably within a freelance capacity.
• Had experienced in handling both offline and online event with 50 to 200 participants
• Had experienced in finding, coordinating, and monitoring vendor
• Willing to work in a 8-months contract-based, with a hyrid arrangement
