New Vehicle Sales Manager - East Rand - Gauteng A well-established automotive dealership, based in the East Rand, Gauteng is seeking a New Vehicle Sales Manager, to join their sales department.

This position is regarded as a key management role and will be suited to an experienced manager who has the ability to attract clients; provide excellent customer service; motivate staff; control costs and maintain high levels of sales on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities
• Monitoring and reporting on individual and team sales performance.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction targets are being exceeded.
• Taking a hands-on approach in supporting vehicle sales executives to meet their targets.
• Carrying out market and competitor analyses, setting target parameters (e.g. for pricing), and ensuring these are implemented.
• Engaging in active marketing and stock management.
• Identifying training and development needs and opportunities for your staff.
