Surf Lodge South Africa is seeking a skilled and experienced Surf Instructor to join our team. As a Surf Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching our guests how to surf, as well as providing them with insights into the local surf culture. The ideal candidate should have a valid ISA (International Surfing Association) qualification and be an experienced surfer with a passion for teaching others.

Responsibilities:
• Conducting surf lessons for guests of all levels
• Providing feedback to guests and helping them improve their technique
• Ensuring guests are safe and following proper safety protocols
• Encouraging guests to develop a love for surfing and the ocean
• Sharing knowledge of the local surf culture and history

Requirements:
• Valid ISA qualification
• Experience as a surfer and instructor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
