The role involves overseeing and implementing learning and training programs at Company Minerals to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and competencies in the mining sector. The focus is on developing a skilled workforce, supporting employee growth, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This position also supports the Senior Human Resources Manager in delivering high-quality training that meets company Minerals’ requirements and regulatory standards.

Experience and Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree (NQF7) or equivalent in Human Resources Development

Certifications:
Trade certificate in relevant technical qualification relating to Mining, Process, Engineering or equivalent.
Certified Assessor and Moderator registered with SETA
Blasting Certificate
Mine Overseer Ticket (Advantageous)
Minimum of 8-10 years relevant experience in Human Resource Development, of which at least two (2) years at a management level
