To manage a team of Strikers and lead them to develop a portfolio of Hypermarkets, Supermarkets (Retail channel), Gas Stations (Petroleum channel), Convenience, and Kiosks (Independents channel) accounts in a given geographical area through active selling and the implementation of agreed Perfect Store standards, Trade Marketing Plans as well as Key Account agreements.

Regional Management

Action plan, manage and achieve defined KPI targets for the region: store coverage, distribution, additional store placements, cashier coolers, Perfect Store, volume increase etc. Coverage of defined database both personal and team. Complete all calls allocated to individual territory.

Relationship Building
