The Planning Manager leads the site's production planning team.

To coach, motivate and lead the planning team in line with the company's core values.
Develop a performance-driven culture by implementing continuous improvement and Lean principles.
Manage production variability while optimising the use of resources and capacity.
Confirm orders within agreed deadlines and maintain proactive communication with customer service.
Manage and control plant planning operations to achieve short and medium-term financial and operational targets.
University degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Mathematics or Economics.
