Job Description:

The Role:
• The Plant Controller provides strategic and financial decision support, as well as cost accounting and financial support for Yonezawa Plant (Japan).
• The Plant Controller is a key business partner to the Plant Manager, and other key personnel in the Plant.
• The Plant Controller’s priorities are to maintain the Plant cost accounting processes and provide operational/cost accounting analysis to support the plant operations and the supply chain organization in the plant.
• The Plant Controller’s activities include, but are not limited to, long term strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, periodic reporting and analysis, ROI/investment analysis, process improvement and standardization projects.

This position reports to the Director, Global Operations & Supply Chain Finance-Asia via solid line, and to the Plant Manager via dotted line.
