Responsibilities :
• Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of OTM solution ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.
• Implement a comprehensive on-premises OTM solution that includes Transportation Planning, Operations Management, Freight Payment & Claims, Fleet Management, Transportation Sourcing, document Management, Transportation Intelligence, and Mobility (OTM mobile app).
• Perform requirement gathering and gap analysis, mapping business requirements to OTM, solution design, application configuration, user acceptance tests, and conducting conference room pilot.
• Identify and propose ways to implement, reconfigure and improve OTM to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve gaps between business requirements and the softwares capabilities.
