We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Level 3 Technical Senior Technician cum Service Manager to lead and manage our Samsung-authorized and reputed service center in Tanzania. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and a proven track record in repair and service management to take on a pivotal role in our growing business.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the service center.
• Repair mobile phones of all brands from chip level to motherboard.
• Troubleshoot and repair home appliances of all brands.
• Service electronics gadgets, accessories, and smartwatches of all brands.
• Handle troubleshooting and repairs of laptops and desktops.
• Manage and train a team of technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
