Job Qualifications:
• Possesess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management, or any related program/course
• Preferably with at least one (1) year of HR related work experience
• Knowledge with Industrial Relations/Employee Engagement/Recruitment is an advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to work in Malabon City
Job Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and posting of job ads for hiring of office-based vacancies
• Conducts initial interviews and prepares documents for employment of newly-hires
• Maintains proper filing of employee records and ensures confidentiality of those documents
• Prepares notices/memos of employees with violations and conduct admin conference
• Attends labor case admin hearing/conference should there be any
• Facilitates/assists in employee engagement activities/programs
• Observes employee compliance to implemented policies in the office
