• College graduate, preferably Behavioral Science Graduate (Psychology, Sociology) or any Human Resources related courses.
• Preferably with at least 3 years related working experience.
• Computer literate, with background in SAP HCM
• Good oral and written communication.
• With people handling skills and pleasing personality
• Willing to work in Simlong, Batangas City

Recruitment (Plant 1 and Plant 2)
• Ensure that all requested manpower shall have Employee Request Form (ERF).
• Sources qualified applicants for JG5-7 by use of internet, newspaper, radio advertisements, and other recruitment mediums to ensure that there is an adequate pool of candidates for various possible vacancies/positions.
