About the job

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process from start to finish and enhancing our employer brand to attract top talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, source candidates, conduct 2nd interviews, and facilitate the offer process. Additionally, you will play a key role in promoting Orifarm as an employer of choice through various channels and initiatives in close collaboration with our Communications team.
