You will work out of the VELUX headquarters in Hørsholm and become part of the People & Organisation (P&O) function in VELUX, where you will be leading the People & Leadership Development team within our P&O Development department also covering areas such as Talent Acquisition, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Talent Management & Development, Organisational Review & Design, People Engagement, Global Employer Branding and Digital Collaboration.
