The S&OP Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the entire Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring seamless alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans to achieve organizational goals.

As our S&OP Manager, you will on a daily basis be taking care of your direct team, ensuring your team's performance and process compliance. During the month, you will oversee the monthly SIOP cycle phases, crunch the demand and performance data, host critical SIOP meetings, and prepare and present results for the stakeholders from the senior management team.

S&OP Process Leadership Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of S&OP processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Foster effective communication and coordination among S&OP stakeholders to drive alignment and informed decision-making.
