**What it's about**

We are looking for a Junior Facility Manager/CAFM Administrator to join our growing global head office in Zug, Switzerland.

In this role, you will closely work with the Facility and Office Management teams and will be responsible for the first and second level support, data management, employee training, and support for the implementation of the new CAFM system for Partners Group's new Campus, which will open in 2024.
- Participating in setting up and implementing the new CAFM system
- Providing first and second support
- Managing data and processing orders via the CAFM system
- Contract filing (Siron Labs / EProcurement)
- Supporting the team in the administrative tasks and organizational area
- Adapting documents, creating user supports and concepts in case of innovations/changes
- Creating CAFM news for users (news, reminder, etc.)
- Communicating and exchanging information regarding cross-departmental collaboration, as well as coordinating adjustments
