**Description**:
A natural food ingredients company requires an assistant for a trade dair taking place at Palexpo, Geneva, Switzerland in May 9-11th 2023

Work Dates:
Tuesday, 9 May 2023 10:00-18:00

Wednesday, 10 May 2023 10:00-18:00

Thursday, 11 May 2023 10:00 - 16:00
• *Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and help bring visitors to stand
- Answer general company questions
- Keep the stand organized and tidy (refill catalogs, organize visitor business cards, etc.)
- Distribute literature to visitors of the stand as well as visitors walking by
- Translate for company representatives when necessary
- Light data entry for visitor information
• *Skills**:

- Friendly demeanor and able to communicate professionally
- Professional appearance
- Must speak French fluently and English. Other languages are a plus ( Italian and German preferred)
• *Dress Code**:
Business casual.

Button up shirt or blouse.
