To fulfill Pattison Agricultures’ vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVINGwe are looking for a Trainer to join our support team. The successful candidate can work out of any of our Pattison Agriculture locations. This role would be responsible for creating and delivering training modules to all of our departments (Sales, Service, Parts, Precision Ag) and would report to our Intelligence Solutions Training Manager.

Responsibilities This individual’s responsibilities include:
Prepare/deliver training modules to staff, customers and operators

Attend training and maintain credentials for required systems

Understand equipment setup, components, operation, and technical manuals relevant to John Deere brand and other manufacturer products

Assist with new hire onboarding sessions and customer training events

Support employee growth and development through training
