We are seeking dynamic, passionate Personal Support Workers (PSWs), who want to be part of the transformational change, providing resident-centered care in our long-term care home. As a PSW you will be part of a diverse, collaborative care team that will provide care and services to our residents with a focus on a plan of care and goals addressing their physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.

An easy commute, our rural community hospital and long-term care home is located 30 minutes northwest of Ottawa.

We are pleased to partner with Health Force Ontario as an approved employer for the incentive funding of $10,000 to attract and retain PWS to work exchange for a 12-month commitment to work full-time in a long-term care home.
