The amazing Home Care team in St. Paul has an opening for a Health Care Aide (HCA). This role is critical to Home Care as you provide care and build relationships with your clients. Your critical thinking skills will be utilized as you are the person that will need to notice changes in your clients and if additional care is required. You will work to the full capacity of an HCA and grow your skills as you work independently and become an advocate for the client. You are a compassionate and empathetic individual as you work in this interesting, challenging, and continually changing field, with some complex patients who require your support. The Health Care Aide functions as a member of the team providing healthcare services for clients and family members in their home environment.
