The Opportunity

ING is looking for a Transaction Services (TS) Account Manager for the department TS Sales Belgium.

The TS Account Manager owns the full TS relationship which means he/she is responsible for the existing Payment & Cash Management and Trade Finance (Guarantees, Letters of Credit, etc.) mandate(s) during the lifetime of the contract. The TS Account Manager ensures a smooth cross-country customer satisfaction and monitors, retains, and grows the existing TS business for selected multinational Wholesale Banking clients at a global level. In this role the TS Account Manager has a revenue responsibility for maintaining and growing the existing business ("in-contract sales").
