Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop business within designated accounts
• Achieve/exceed targets for revenue and profitability
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement promotional/sales programs
• Initiate trials, demos, and training sessions
• Ensure effective communication with customers at all levels of the hospital decision chain
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience, preferably in medical device sales
• Strong interest in software solutions in healthcare
• Excellent interpersonal skills in Dutch and English
• Ability to negotiate effectively at all levels
