JOB PURPOSE :Work is performed under direction of Head of HR. For professional work in coordinating, directing and supervising employee relation and HR functions as activities, corrective actions and disciplinary activities and performs other assignments as required such as in the area of implementing and maintaining Human Resources & Admin Information Systems.1. Employee Activity and Employee Communication- Responsible for company newsletters.- Initiate a fresh idea for employee engagement activities and HR internal communication.- Assist in organizing HR activity or company events.2.
