Responsibilities
• Managing & overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Managing and training of teams in departments
• Setting performance expectations, providing coaching and reviewing department requirements on a day-to-day basis
