Job Responsibility
• Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
• Supervising daily shift operations
• Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
• Appraising staff performance
• Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels
• Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
• Train and mentor staff to ensure exceptional customer service
• Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.
• Promoting and marketing the business.
• Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.

Job Requirements
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
• Min 2 years' Experience in Management level
