The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance.

Responsibilities
• Build the talent pipeline to support the business.
• Develop and implement the HR programs that aligns with the organization’s vision, mission and long-term business objectives.
• Lead the HR functions by providing HR management advice and expertise in order to maximize the effectiveness of human resource in achieving sustainable success.
• Lead all internal and external statutory audits and customer audits.
• Liaise with the local government agencies and be compliance with the local laws.
• Support management by providing human resource advice, counsel and decisions.
