We are seeking a professional Store Supervisor to assist Store Manager in managing all retail/ F&B operations and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Control inventory at store to ensure good stock of products at all times
• Co-ordinate with HR Dept. in attracting, recruiting and training team members
• Lead FOH operation team of 10-12 staffs to reach targets and KPI’s, ensure the compliance with company's policies and procedures
• Organize team engagement activities to create understanding and connection among team members
• Report to Store Manager regarding sales results and productivity
• Other tasks as assigned by Store Manager

Requirements and skills:
• Proven food and beverage management experience, min. 1-2 years at the same positions
• English communication is a must
