RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Responsible for overall recruitment & selection processes.
• Manage and oversee employment request from hiring manager.
• Create new job postings and promote job ads to various channels.
• Handle job fair activity.
• Review resumes and screen for potential candidates.
• Schedule and interview candidates e.g. in person, phone, video.
• Responsible for HR operations for newcomers.
• Source, negotiate and renewal job ads package for the most efficiency.
• Handle recruitment report.
• Support HR operations regarding welfare & benefit and other jobs as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS :
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• At least 2 year experiences in HR Recruitment function
• Knowledge of HR processes e.g. recruitment, onboarding and labor regulations.
• Proficiency in computer programs; Ms. Office. Able to use Photoshop will be preferable.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
