An innovative clinical research organization seeks a Project Manager and Team Lead to oversee clinical trials and manage a team of CRAs.

Responsibilities:
• Bear full responsibility for managing clinical trials including timelines, budget, quality, and compliance
• Coach and supervise project teams
• Ensure trials follow protocols, GCP, and regulations
• Manage CRA resourcing, training, skills development, and capacity planning
• Ensure monitoring activities meet quality standards
• Continuously improve processes

Requirements:
• Life sciences degree; clinical research experience required
• Knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organized and analytical problem-solver
• Team player with proactive attitude
• Comfortable with ambiguity and distributed authority
• Passionate about people and achieving outcomes
